Kids First Australia Southern Cross Kindergarten is seeking warm, committed casual Teachers and Educators to join our team in Endeavour Hills. As a casual team member, you will:

• Support the delivery of engaging, inclusive early learning programs
• Embed or learn our trauma-informed practice model
• Build safe, trusting relationships with children and families
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated and experienced team
• Step into shifts as needed across the week, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle

We welcome applications from educators who bring:

• Experience in early childhood education (preferred)
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice, or a willingness to learn
• A strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
• Great communication and teamwork skills

Applicable qualifications:

• ECTs: VIT registration, ACEQA ECT approved qualification
• Educators: ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma
