Kids First Australia is seeking two passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team at Orana Kindergarten, located in Clyde on a part time basis. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a small, community focused service that places children's wellbeing, safety and relationships at the centre of everything we do.

You will be well supported by a highly experienced Service Lead with many years of sector knowledge, ensuring you feel confident, guided and valued in your role.

About the Roles

• Contribute to high-quality programming and documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to design meaningful learning experiences
• Work with a culturally diverse group of 22 children each day, aged 3-5
• Sessional Kindergarten with school holidays included

What We're Looking For

• Committed educators who values child safety, connection and holistic care
• Experience working with diverse communities and families
• Strong relationship building skills and a reflective approach
• Bilingual or multilingual educators are strongly encouraged to apply
• Several years of experience in early childhood education is an advantage
