As our Senior Practitioner - Youth Services, you'll be at the heart of creating change. From working one-on-one with young people and their families to shaping the way we support our community, your days will be meaningful and rewarding.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll do:

  • Guide and support young people and their families, using trauma-informed, culturally safe practices.
  • Lead and inspire team members, providing supervision, mentoring, and casework consultancy.
  • Foster connection through community outreach and engagement programs.
  • Collaborate and innovate to deliver services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
