We're looking for someone who
- Has proven experience delivering training in trauma-informed practice, Early Childhood Education, or Child and Family Services
- Knows how to design and adapt training packages to reflect best practice and meet diverse community needs
- Brings strong knowledge of trauma, family systems, child development, and evidence-informed models of practice
- Is a natural connector who can inspire, motivate, and empower educators, volunteers, and community partners
- Can coordinate and deliver trauma-informed training packages to educators and teachers across South Australia as part of the Preschool Boost Program.
- Supports educator capability to create safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environments that support every child's school readiness.
