Your new role

The Early Years Operations Lead will support and lead our purpose which is to ‘Empower children and their families to grow and develop positively, from the early years and beyond'. The Operations Lead will be instrumental in providing effective, efficient, and professional operational management of the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) programs in metropolitan and regional Victoria. Leading day to day operations and providing leadership, support and supervision to the Early Childhood Education Leadership team.

You are a passionate and innovative leader who is driven to achieve ongoing service excellence in the delivery of the Early Years education model. You align with Kids First vision and ensure that children are at the heart of everything you do!

You have experience in leading and managing quality strengths-based educational and support services which places you well to champion continuous improvement, foster a values-driven leadership culture, ensure compliance and oversee budgets. You have strong skills in relationship building and collaboration with stakeholders, along with managing clinical risk and reporting frameworks.
