As we continue to grow our impact across family, youth and early years services, we're looking for an experienced Executive Support Officer to support senior leaders and contribute to meaningful work that makes a genuine difference in the community.
About the Role
As Executive Support Officer you'll become a trusted partner who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities with calm confidence, and build strong working relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
No two days will look the same. From coordinating strategic projects and executive meetings through to preparing reports, supporting communications and helping keep organisational priorities moving, this role plays an important part in the broader rhythm of organisational life at Kids First
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Director of Transformation & Impact, while also supporting the CEO and assisting with other organisational priorities and tasks as required
- Coordinate and support key projects including events, knowledge management systems and supporting strategic plans
- Act as a professional and welcoming point of contact for internal & external stakeholders
- Manage executive diaries, correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel logistics
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefing papers and correspondence
- Assist with budgets, invoices and financial administration
- Maintain accurate records and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
What You Bring
- A qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, Executive Assistance, or Project management
- Experience supporting senior leaders within complex, fast-paced and multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication capability
- Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information
- A collaborative and approachable working style
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
